At Electrical Parts it is possible to return too many or incorrectly ordered parts. This can be done within 30 days after receiving your order.

Please register your return shipment by e-mail: info@electricalparts.eu. We will not process unregistered returns.

Please indicate: Order/invoice or packing slip number. Item number, quantity.

PLEASE NOTE that the shipping costs and return costs are at your own expense.

We do not refund import taxes.

PLEASE NOTE, you are responsible for a correct and proper return shipment, we will process the return when it is back in our warehouse in Ridderkerk Netherlands.

If, after checking in our warehouse in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands, there are no defects or shortages, we will refund the item amount to you within 3 working days to the account number known to us.

If there are defects or shortages, we will contact you.

Please include a copy of the packing slip in the packaging, send it to us by e-mail: info@electricalparts.eu name of the parcel service and the TRACK&TRACE code
